Notary Public

A notary public in the common law world is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. A Notary Public is empowered to administer oaths, take depositions,  and take affidavits. All Notaries are at large, meaning that they can exercise the functions of a Notary Public in all counties in Tennessee.

In this modern era when business transactions between complete strangers are the norm rather than the exception, Notaries engender a trust that the critical signed documents we rely on are authentic. Such trust enables the sensitive documents of commerce and law to be exchanged between strangers with full confidence in their reliability.

There is never a charge for having a document notarized. It is a service we offer to all Cover My Assets Insurance Groups, LLC's clients. We also can arrange a meeting at your office or after hours if needed.
