Why Use CMA?

We are a completely free service to you.

Our #1 question is "how much do your services cost?"   The answer:  nothing.   No hidden fees. No small print.  Our services are covered by the insurance provider you ultimately select.  It does not affect your rate and we do not advocate on behalf of one insurance provider over another provider.

More choices with one-stop shopping.

We represent over 40 carriers.   You apply once with us to access all of their coverage instead of going thru the process of applying to various insurance companies to see which rate is the best.   Our knowledge of which carrier provides the best option for your situation will save you money, time and peace of mind.

We are your advocates.

Billing concerns. Change in coverage.  Claim request.  We help with all of that.  You have a person you know and trust with detailed knowledge of your coverage to help you with any issues you may have in the future.

You are our priority.

We not only find you coverage that fits your budget but we also make sure that coverage is specific to your needs so there are no surprises when you go to use it.  If your current coverage and insurance provider is your best fit right now, that's what you will hear.   We are advisors, not salespersons.  We also periodically review your coverage to make sure you are getting the best coverage and/or when you go thru a life event such as a birth, death, marriage, asset growth, etc.

We are your neighbors.

You may run into us at the grocery store, gym or out shopping.  We are deeply rooted in our community individually and as a business.  Our reputation has allowed us to grow into a thriving business through repeat referrals.  We value all of this and you.  Our door is always open.

Licensed in 15 states and counting.

We can help not only our neighbors throughout Tennessee but also your friends and family throughout Kentucky, Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina, Illinois, Mississippi, Florida, Maryland, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Ohio, Texas, Arizona, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
